The Villas at Tree Tops and Fairway have been operating in the Pocono Mountains since 1921, originally as Fernwood Resort. Our group of 4 golfers have booked thru RCI a week of golf at the resort, from april 19, 2013 to april 26, 2013.
Does the resort have wifi connections to the units. Very important since we book all our times thru internet. Also are outdoors BBQ’s available on site. Please confirm at your earliest.

I (Terry & Hodgie Holgersen) have book a one bedroom unit at the Villas at the Tree top checking in 6/23/2013 checking out 6/30/2013. I have two other families Craig & Darlene Laborde,Dave & Patty Muth) checking into one bedroom units for the same dates. My husband and I have been members for many years and am trying to get our friends to join the points program. May we get a newer unit with two or three bedrooms? Thank you.

I have a 2bedroom unit booked for July 26, 2013 and my son and myself both have allergies to smoke and dust/mould…..after reading some of the reviews I am worried about our health. I would need a unit that was smoke free and would prefer if it was one that is updated. We are on a trial membership and are considering purchasing but would like to have at least one good experience before considering spending that kind of money.

I booked my 1 bedroom week 30 Dec at Treetops through RCI. I would like a non smoking updated unit.
I am highly allergic to smoke, dust and mold, so it would be best to have a non smoking unit.
Please let me know as I am really getting nervous reading about these reviews on this site as well as Trip Advisor.

Hi Bruce, We will be staying at Treetops Villas starting Sept 23, for a week.I am very concerned that our unit maybe old. I have asthma that is acting up right now. What can I do to be sure out unit does not have any strong odors, mold etc. I don’t want to be a bother just dont want to get sick. I would appreciate any help you could give me. I am allergic to Febreeze products any way to make sure they do not use them in the unit we will be staying in Thanks again for your help
Bruce. I would like to stay at your resort this Oct. as we will be going to the ELVIS FESTIVAL as we did laST YEAR. THE DATES WOULD BE Oct. 18 and leaving on the 22. I tried booking with RCI and was told that I could not only stay for 4 days and that I would have to book for an entire week. I am in the points system and would like to use them for 4 days. There are 4 of us and we are seniors in our 70:s. We would like to stay in a newer updated unit. We would be needing a 2 bedroom unit. Do you have non-smoking units?
