Robert,

My girlfriend and I have a week booked from Saturday June 22nd to Saturday June 29th, I was wondering if you have Sunday check-ins? The reason I ask is that it turns out my granddaughter has her graduation on Tuesday June 25th and she would be devastated if I was not there, so unfortunately we are not able to get there until the Wednesday – the Saturday. So a few things, we want to make sure our unit is not given away as; yes we are coming we will just be very late, if you have a Sunday check in we will lose one less day as we have been looking forward to getting away. Also I have been reading a lot about some units being redone while others are a little tired, may I request a rejuvenated unit? We plan on spend time relaxing and doing some gourmet cooking. Sorry for the excessive number of requests but as you know there is always one in the crowd who wants everything.

Hi! I have a reservation for 6 Memorial Day weekend. I’ve called quite a few times to confirm that we our cabin is on the lake as I requested some months ago. A follow-up would be great as I’m getting conflicting feedback as to what it actually reserved on my behalf.

We have a booking for May 26 to 29. My Sons are allergic to dust, so please provide us a nice and neat 2 bedroom place. Also we will be arriving early around noon, so please have the place ready by then.

Dear sir;

we called to make a reservation in a 2 bedroom for May 24th to 27th but they told me first the ownership # doesn’t match my phone # doesn’t match and there is nothing for 2 bedroom only for studio and one bedroom. I pay am a monthly fee for 2 bedroom unit why I can get what I am paying for. I another issue my rci points,when we upgrade in 4-14-12 I understood that my existing points were rollover to my new account, it never happen instead they took them away. I would like to speak with Debora or Bill Massie to solve this issue. my phone number is 917-748-9441 or 917-748-8219 asap the # 7185421810 is no longer working. thank you very sad member
