The Villas at Tree Tops and Fairway have been operating in the Pocono Mountains since 1921, originally as Fernwood Resort. The property is located in Bushkill, PA just 70 miles from the George Washington Bridge and minutes from the Delaware Water Gap. Vacation ownership plans are sold using the RCI Points program which allows owners to vacation either at The Villas or at resorts throughout the world.
